Do you do dirt work?

Yes, we provide our own dirt and dirt work for our pad sites.

When can you start if we decide to use you?

Start times typically depend on the weather. Dirt work can start ASAP as long as our dump trucks can gain access to the pad site. Concrete will shortly follow dirt work but also will depend on the weather. Building construction will always start within one week of concrete being poured.

What gauge material do you use?

26 ga R-panel siding and roof. 16 ga 8” C-purlin. I-beam sizes depend on the span of the building.

Can you provide insurance prior to the start date?

Yes, Jones Metal Buildings is fully insured.
